Essential Information for Your Karisma Experience
Do I need to pay a deposit to book?

Yes. A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service total.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

What happens if I miss my appointment?

No-shows will result in loss of deposit. Repeated missed appointments may require full prepayment for future bookings.

Do I need multiple sessions to see results?

Many of our treatments are designed to deliver the best results through a series of sessions. While some clients notice early changes, consistency is key for optimal outcomes.

How do I know which treatment is right for me?

We will assess your concerns and goals during your appointment and recommend a personalized treatment plan tailored to you.

Are your treatments safe for everyone?

Not all treatments are suitable for every individual. Please disclose all medical conditions, medications, and concerns prior to your appointment so we can ensure your safety.

What should I do before my appointment?

You may receive specific instructions depending on your service. In general, arrive hydrated, on time, and ready to discuss your goals.

What forms do I need to complete before my appointment?

If you decide to cancel the project, please let us know as soon as possible. Depending on the stage of your project, cancellation may result in a forfeiture of your deposit as our team will have invested time and resources into your design.All clients are required to complete intake and consent forms prior to treatment. These will be provided after booking.
