At Karisma Esthetics, every service is designed with intention, care, and a results-driven approach. To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following policies prior to booking your appointment.
By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Appointments & ArrivalAll services are provided by appointment only.
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid disrupting the schedule of other clients.
Deposits & PaymentsA deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your total service cost.
All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with appropriate notice (see Cancellation Policy below).
Remaining balances are due at the time of service.
Cancellation & Rescheduling PolicyWe kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit
- Rescheduling within the allowed timeframe will transfer your deposit to your new appointment
This policy allows us to respect both your time and the time of other clients.
No-Show PolicyClients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit.
Repeated no-shows may result in limited booking privileges or requirement of full prepayment for future appointments.
Service Expectations & ResultsAll treatments at Karisma Esthetics are results-driven; however, individual outcomes vary based on factors such as lifestyle, consistency, and overall health.
Many services—including body contouring, skin tightening, and Endermologie treatments—require a series of sessions to achieve optimal results.
No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.
Consultation & Treatment PlanningCertain services may include or require a consultation to determine the most appropriate treatment plan.
Recommendations are provided based on professional assessment and are designed to help you achieve the best possible results.
Health & Medical DisclosureClients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, medications, or contraindications prior to treatment.
Some services may not be appropriate for certain individuals. Karisma Esthetics reserves the right to modify or decline treatment based on safety considerations.
Consent & LiabilityBy receiving services at Karisma Esthetics, you acknowledge that:
- You have voluntarily chosen to receive treatment
- You understand the nature of the services being performed
- You accept that results may vary
- You release Karisma Esthetics from liability related to disclosed or undisclosed conditions
Additional consent forms may be required prior to certain treatments.
Right to Refuse ServiceKarisma Esthetics reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to, safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or contraindications to treatment.

Not all treatments are suitable for every individual. Please disclose all medical conditions, medications, and concerns prior to your appointment so we can ensure your safety.
What should I do before my appointment?
You may receive specific instructions depending on your service. In general, arrive hydrated, on time, and ready to discuss your goals.
What forms do I need to complete before my appointment?
If you decide to cancel the project, please let us know as soon as possible. Depending on the stage of your project, cancellation may result in a forfeiture of your deposit as our team will have invested time and resources into your design.All clients are required to complete intake and consent forms prior to treatment. These will be provided after booking.
